By accessing or using MessageCEO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MessageCEO provides a B2B executive contact database and outreach platform. The Service includes access to executive profiles, email contact information, search tools, and related features.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful B2B sales and business development purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service for spamming or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Scrape, download, or redistribute our data in bulk
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the data for any illegal, discriminatory, or harassing purpose
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions

5. Subscription & Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed annually via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

6. Data Accuracy

We strive for high data accuracy but do not guarantee that all contact information is current or correct. Executive data may change without notice as individuals change roles or companies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, data, and materials on MessageCEO are our property or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your business purposes as permitted by your subscription plan.

8. Limitation of Liability

MessageCEO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service and all associated data will be revoked.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
